LIMITED EDITION, number 2 of 100 copies on japanese vellum. Ulysses opened on 7 February 1902 at Her Majesty's Theater in London and is best remembered for having the entire Royal Family as well as various nobles and politicians in attendance. Writing in The Spectator the following day, their resident theatre critic praised the play as "an actual success from the standpoint of the London theatre-goer, [which deserves] to be a success. It is a real play, and it is real poetry."
